Please call the office for pricing info All rentals are subject to a Cleaning Fee of 7500 Flats Townhouses 9500 TriLevels 5500 Efficiency There is a 6 State Sales Tax and a 3 Local Tax on the rental rates and 6 State Sales Tax on the cleaning fees Full Security Deposit of 22000 plus a 3000 nonrefundable Processing Fee must be forwarded to the Four Winds Office within ten 10 days of making the reservation If payment of the Security Deposit and Processing Fee is not postmarked within 10 days the reservation will be cancelled Single week or single month renters are required to provide a credit card number or send check or money order for the full rental amount to the Four Winds Office within thirty 30 days of checkin Note Multiple week rentals require a one 1 week deposit to secure the reservation multiple month rentals require a one 1 month deposit to secure the reservation Security Deposit 22000 will be refunded in thirty 30 days following departure less any portion used to cover the cost of damages or fees incurred by the renter during their stay at the Four Winds Cancellation Policy When a reservation is cancelled within thirty 30 days of arrival and Four Winds is unable to rerent the unit for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental the advance reservation payment shall be forfeited Proposed renters have the option of obtaining Cancellation Insurance for their protection in the event cancellation is necessary Cancellation Insurance information is included with the reservation packet you will receive Renters age must be twentyfive years 25 or older and the number of occupants in the rental unit must be in accordance with the units capacity Occupancy Limits Flats and Townhouses 6 Persons TriLevel 10 Persons Efficiency 4 Persons Payment accepted by Visa MasterCard Check or Money Order Rates subject to change without notice There is a 3Night Minimum Stay Minimum rentals of three 3 or more days are permitted and can only be reserved seven 7 days prior to date of arrival during June July and August During April May September October November and December three 3 minimal stays will be used for specialty packages and may be booked within 60 days of arrival Holiday weeks are excluded Additional days will be charged at the daily rate based upon availability Longterm rentals at least 6 months and 1 day or longer are available on request
