This large villa is very suitable for anyone wishing to visit Valencia for the Grand Prix, The Fallas, The Tomatina or just to explore the 3rd Largest City in Spain. A 25 minute drive from Valencia airport will bring you to this spacious detached modern villa. It is really two villas set within private grounds of approximately 1000 sq metres, with ample parking for several cars. This property is nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a few other private detached properties and beyond these are orange groves making this a great area for safe cycling and walking. The main part of the villa has 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with twin beds). All bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. There is airconditioning in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is extremely spacious and contains everything one would expect in a modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The double aspect lounge/diner is a perfect setting for family evenings with the air conditioning adding to your overall comfort. To the front of the villa is a spacious terrace. During the daytime this terrace can be used to take shelter from the midday sun by using the large roller blinds which are present and easily managed. Or in the evenings this makes a perfect outdoor private dining area. Depending on the time of year lemons, oranges, peaches etc are in abundance and are for the pleasure of guests. The swimming pool is well maintained and is properly filtered. There is a sun deck from where you can see the backdrop of the Calderona mountains.
