The villa is situated in a small gated complex which is very private and adjacent to the communal pool. It has it’s own driveway at the side of the house. On the ground floor there is an American style open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area with air-con, TV, Video, Stereo CD Radio a utility room with washing machine, iron and board. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a shower room with wash basin and toilet. There is also a front terrace and patio with patio furniture. The 1st level has a Master Bedroom with air-con, balcony/terrace and en-suite luxury bathroom. Bedroom window overlooks pool. The 2nd level is a Roof Top Solarium with wonderful views of the salt lake and the communal pool.

To confirm a booking a 75 pounds non returnable deposit is required The balance will be due not less than 4 weeks before your stay A 100 pounds keysbreakages returnable deposit is payable on payment of balance This will be returned approx one week after your stay For your convenience and to ensure the place is suitably clean for the next guests a payment of 50 euros must be made to the management company on your arrival They will show you round the house If you are unhappy with any aspect of the level of cleanliness please let the management company know A deduction may be made from the deposit if the place is left in an unreasonable state. Price is for up to 4 people, there is a charge of £30 per week for each extra person.
