APARTAMENTOS TERRAMAR [ http://www.mallorcaconnect.com ] Originally opened as a Hostal, but completely renovated in 2003 and now this centrally located Palma TERRAMAR offers a mix of one and two bedroom FLATLETS all accessible via their own private floor. There are five ONE bedroom FLATLETS [ sleeps two - twin or double bed ] @ 80 EURO per night or 250 per week & one TWO bedroom FLATLET [ sleeps four ] @ 95 EURO per night or 300 per week - each Flatlet contains an ensuite Shower Room & Kitchenette/Diner/TV Room The whole building is bright, clean but basic, providing an affordable community environment. HOSTAL TERRAMAR The entire building has on other floors SINGLE & DOUBLE rooms from 25 EURO per room per night for basic rooms with shared shower facilities. Double Rooms are 35 EURO per room per night with shared shower facilities & 45 EURO per room per night with ensuite. On the roof [ penthouse] is a roof terrace and "crew room" which sleeps up to five, again with ensuite shower & cooking facilities. This is ideal for yacht crews or large groups of singles. Each bed is charged at 90 EUROS per week. The location of THE TERRAMAR is approximately the bottom "H" on the attached map - left of centre - behind the Mediterraneo Hotel on the Paseo Maritimo . Linen & Towels are provided and no pets are allowed.
