The villa comprises of 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom, dining room, entrance hall and it's own private pool which is heated for you during the winter. The superb spacious villa provides first class holiday accomodation. the main open plan living area includes the lounge and dining room and also has entertainment facilities including satellite TV with English speaking stations, DVD, Hi-Fi and we have included a Play Station II and television in one of the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the comfort of our guests and lots of cupboard space. The ultra-modern kitchen/breakfast room includes full cooking facilities with oven, hob, microwave and there is also a dishwasher as well as a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The principal attraction of renting a villa is the exclusive use of ones own swimming pool, which is approx. 24 x 10.6 feet and has Roman steps at one end for ease of access. The large sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool includes eight sun beds and the covered al fresco dining terrace has tables and seating for up to 8. There is also a BBQ provided.
