This beautiful apartment is on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a modern building. It's in excellent condition with brand new furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine etc. All bedrooms are quite large and spacious. The main bedrom has a balcony that connects with the dining room, and overlooks the sea. Although there's no air conditioning, the apartment is quite fresh inside with a nice ventilation. The living room features a dining area with television. It is very close from the centre of the village (10min walk) and a few metres away from Balmins beach. Also close to San Sebastian. There is two local bar/restaurants with a very friendly atmosphere and nice food. Two playgrounds nearby for small children.
