VILLA TRAKIA BOLYARSKO Nr Yambol (Newly Furnished 2006/7) Villa Trakia was built in 2000, and is completely detached and surrounded by Beautiful countryside with views of the Balkan Mountains in a very private location, Locally available is fishing (in season), bird watching, hunting ( in season) cycling, and walking, are but a few of the activities. Villa Trakia is on the edge of the village, just a 15 minute drive from the vibrant town of Yambol, Villa Trakia is in an ideal location for property searching or enjoying the beautiful countryside and Culture of Bulgaria. Other towns within easy driving distance are Sliven, Elhovo, (near the Turkish border 1 hour drive) Topolovgrad, and of course Bourgas (1 hour drive). Short Term Rental Inclusive of Electric, Gas, and a weekly clean (towels not inc) The rental cost for up to 8 weeks is £150.00 per week (450.00 bgn per week Aprox) Inclusive, paid weekly in advance. A booking deposit of £150 (Approx 450 bgn) is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your occupation, and will be refunded less any outstanding charges if applicable. (Unless otherwise agreed in writing) Long Term Rental Rates The rental cost for 8 weeks and over is £260.00 (780 bgn Approx per month 28 days) paid monthly in advance, the Occupier is responsible for utility bills except water, during their stay, and these must be paid at the end of each month, 4 weeks notice must be given to vacate, (Unless otherwise agreed in writing) A refundable deposit of £260.00 (Approx 780 bgn) is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental term and will be refunded less any outstanding charges (Unless otherwise agreed in writing) Can you please leave the Villa in the same way you found it.
