The villa itself is beautifully furnished right down to the smallest detail it is very well equipped and leaves you wishing for nothing! Ground Floor: Entrance hall, cloakroom & WC, large lounge with open fireplace. Separate dining room with patio doors leading to covered terrace, pool and garden area. Kitchen equipped with microwave, cooker, electric/gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Walk in larder. Utility area with washing machine etc. Separate WC with shower unit off utility area. Additional lounge with open fireplace, TV with full satellite package. From here patio doors lead out to built in barbecue. First Floor: Master bedroom with two single beds. Dressing room and en-suite shower & WC. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. All three with patio doors leading onto a sunny terrace suitable for sunbathing. Bathroom with shower unit and WC. Lower Floor: Pool table, books, games and fridge/freezer. 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, separate bathroom with WC and shower unit. Please note that two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning at an extra cost of 75 euros per week. If required, this needs to be arranged and paid for locally when you arrive.
