Your holiday villa in the sun! We have just bought this detached villa and it is now fully equipped for your holiday.All dates for 2007 are available at the moment. Please note -this is a NO SMOKING villa , also we are very sorry but we cannot accept pets. Our detached 2 bedroom bungalow sits on a corner plot in a quiet area of La Marina. La Marina is South of Alicante and lies between Santa Pola and Guardamar. You can park your car outside or behind the gates. Once inside you will find: a sun room, with table and chairs a lounge with 3 piece suite and nest of tables. For your entertainment there is cable TV(all your usual English programmes and more),DVD player and CD combo Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite wc and washbasin Family bathroom with wc, shower and washbasin Double bedroom with twin single beds a kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave , toaster and cafetiere. utility area with water heater, large fridge freezer and washing machine Back door to rear patio fully equipped with garden furniture and BBQ All windows are fitted with blinds and mosquito nets. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge and bedrooms. Floor and table fans are also provided. For the odd chilly winter evening there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, electric radiators and a cabinet gas heater. Towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.
