Cartmel House is a superb new luxury two story 4 bed, 3 bath villa, situated on the championship Golf course at Southern Dunes. Our villa is on a south facing over sized corner plot, nestling in the trees at the far corner of the second fairway. With it’s private screen pool and extended deck you can be in the sun all day, or relax under the lanai listening to the waterfall with a cold drink while the ceiling fan cools you. Cartmel House is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room for those extra warm months. For your comfort we have many upgrades, the master bed to a Queen sized pillow top four poster. The second master suite with Queen bed is on the ground floor, and has patio doors out to the deck and pool. All the rooms have there own TV’s. More comfortable furniture in the Great room, to include a full entertainment system, cable TV, DVD, CD, hi-fi, and video as well as a selection of CD’s and video’s for those evenings when you might stay in. The kitchen has every modern convenience and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We have installed a security alarm and safe for your valuables. Southern Dunes is just off highway 27 and is less than 20 minutes from Disney World, 40 minutes to the coast and 30 minutes from Orlando airport. We have a local Management Company who are only a phone call away should you need them.
