This lovely villa is conveniently located between Gumusluk and Yalikavak on the beautiful Bodrum Peninsula. Every effort and great attention to detail has been made to make this a real home-from-home for a comfortable holiday. The villa has a contemporary layout as the living area is on the first floor to take full advantage of the wonderful pool and sea views. The bright & spacious open-plan lounge/ dining area has Satellite TV (inc football, sports, music, kids, news + other English, European & Turkish channels) plus a Playstation 2, DVD & CD player. There is a book, CD & DVD library plus some games and toys are also available. The kitchen is well-equipped with all mod-cons including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cold drinking water dispenser plus kettle, toaster, toastie machine and all the pans, cultery and crockey that you should need during your stay. The dining area has beautiful pool and sea views & the balcony leads directly out from the kitchen making it easy to dine outside. All 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, provide plenty of storage and have individual air-conditioning units and table fans. The spacious double bedroom has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables (with drawers), a safe and enjoys a lovely view of the pool. The twin room has two single beds (which can be easily pushed together to make a double bed), wardrobe and bedside table (with drawers). The bunk bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a sliding door to the outside patio which overlooks the pool. The villa can accommodate up to 6 + 1 baby with flexibility of a double sofa bed in the lounge. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, 2 clothes airers are provided plus for families with a baby, there is a travel cot, baby listener & steriliser. The modern bathroom is fully tiled and has WC, full shower enclosure and basin. The washing machine is in the bathroom (it is common in Turkish properties to have the washing machine plumbed into the bathroom). Bathroom & kitchen tea towels are supplied for use inside, however, we ask you to bring your own towels for use by the pool & on the beach. Outside there are 2 lovely swimming pools for the exlcusive use of just 14 houses on this small complex. The villa has a ground floor patio and also a balcony with table and chairs leading out from the kitchen - making it the perfect place for al-fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The spacious roof terrace is an ideal sun-trap for more secluded sunbathing or enjoying an evening BBQ. We have provided 4 sun loungers, 4 deckchairs, 2 tables, a parasol, patio chairs and a BBQ for outdoor living. There is a car park for the complex plus there is also space to park to the side of the development. Please note: the pools are not heated so are in use between April-October. To get the most out of your stay, we recommend car hire however if you decide not to hire a car, the local dolmus service runs past the villa and taxis are plentiful. Once your final balance payment is made you will receive a comprehensive travel pack with information including directions from the airport, collection of villa keys etc and it will hopefully answer any other questions you may have to ensure that your holiday gets off to a great start. Plus an extensive guest manual is also provided at the villa. Please note that this is a no smoking villa however smoking is allowed outside the property. The owners please ask for all guests to respect this. The CHANGEOVER day is FLEXIBLE to accommodate the different flying days from the UK and other countries. We have a standard check-in time of 4pm and check-out of 10am however we will always try to be flexible around your flight times (subject to existing bookings) so please advise of flight times on your booking form. We will try to accommodate check-in/ out times around your flight times rather than sticking rigidly fixed check-in/out time. We appreciate that Turkey has a number of night-time flights and we want you to be able to get instant access to the villa to get to sleep upon arrival and to be able to enjoy and make the most of your last day.
