Stunning villa just 50 metres from the sea, in the tranquil coastal village of Punta Mujeres. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen & living room & seperate dining room & the first bathroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom has a separate dressing area, en suite bathroom and private balcony with views to the sea, and over the communal pool area. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds and a cot is available if required. There is also a large front terrace overlooking the pool with outdoor dining furniture and a barbeque. The access to the pool is via the front patio which leads onto the communal pool area. Extra facilities include an indoor table tennis which is in the basement games room. To respect future guests we request that smoking be limited to outside areas only. We also request that the towels provided are not taken to the beach.
