Typology You reach the villa of 120 sq. metres going down 6 steps and you enter an area furnished with good taste that is divided in a living-room area and a dining-room area. From the living area brightned by a panoramic arched window you have access to an ample terrace, overlooking the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, table and chairs. In the living-room area there are also two bed settees. From the dining-room area you have access to the kitchen. A corridor leads to the night area composed of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace! There are two bathrooms: one with shower and the other-one with bath. Sleeps 7; on request with bed settees 10. Services included in the price: water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, cooker and oven, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite Tv, iron and ironing board, stereo with CD player, DVD, safety box, air-conditioning and heating, barbecue, four sun-beds near the beach.
