Quality finishes include polished terrazzo floors with brass trimming throughout the living room and master bedroom, sandstone fascia wall tiles in the washrooms and hardwood windows and door frames. Access to the second floor bedroom and balcony is via stylish cantilever stairs. No expense is spared for the teak wood flooring in second bedroom.
