Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer without worrying about driving and parking. The house is located on a quiet, dead-end street, within 5 minute stroll to a warm and gentle Nantucket Sound beach. You can swim, play in the sand, and enjoy the view of Lewis Bay and many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor every year. Island Ferries and the lively Hyannis center are also within a walking distance. You can walk to island ferries from Lewis Bay Retreat without having to worry about scarce parking. Take a stroll down the street to the neighborhood beach, make use of the Barnstable beach pass we provide to explore fantastic Craigville and Sandy Neck beaches, or enjoy other 12 town beaches without paying for parking or waiting for beach stickers. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a king size bed (memory foam mattress topper), the other has 2 twin beds. The bath is also on the 2nd floor. The lower floor features another bedroom that contains a double futon with feather bed, living room, dining room and kitchen. Our past guests enjoyed the convenience of having a king size bed: ''We loved the house!!! It was really perfect.
