Discounts for long stay guests Long stay discounts 5 start from 15 nights Please note Arrival time 3 pm Departure time 12 am RULES EARLY CHECK IN If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival providing there is not already someone staying in the property that is departing on the same day If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check in status with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival If the property is occupied we can accept your luggage at our office and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available LATE CHECK OUT If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time Please note that our security deposit REFUNDEBLE is 2000 DH per property Cancellation terms To cancel the booking without penalty you can 2 week prior to arrival In case of cancellation 714 days prior to arrival penalty of 50 paid booking deposit will be charged In case of cancellation less then 7 days or no show 100of booking deposit will be penalized
