A centrally located, one bedroom Bungalow in Puerto del Carmen. The complex is very centrally located and has a communal swimming pool which is heated in the cooler months, and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The Bungalow consists of a comfortably furnished living room, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite TV with some English speaking channels, a DVD player and a radio/cassette player. We also offer a selection of books and DVD’s for your entertainment. It's suitable for two people, but families of 2 adults and 1 child, under the age of 10, can be accommodated, with an under sofa bed. There is a weekly cleaning service when the bungalow is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed. The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are of course provided. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a washbasin and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.
