There are 4 farm houses within the grounds of the estate that have all been fully restored to typical rustic Tuscan style apartments that are rented out. Full use of the grounds comes as part of the annual maintenance fee which will be approximately 1,000 euros per property. The Apartments have a high quality finish with original chestnut wood beams throughout. Traditional materials and styles have been used to give the properties an authentic feel and look. The layout of the rooms is practical and the rooms are spacious, as are the terraces and porches..
