Our 2BR Duplex Unit has most of the same as 1BR plus extra children's bedroom upstairs with 3 twin beds & extra 1/4BA. This 2BR unit is for 2 adult & 3 children. Duplex may be rented as one unit with bonus 4th bedroom (max. of 5 adults and 5 children). 3BR houses are perfect for several couples or families of 6 adults or up to 8 including all children. We have House #1, a 3BR/3BR family house with fireplace and plenty of room. House #2, a 3BR/2BA family house has a fireplace, jetted tub in downstairs bath.
