Cascais is a 10 minute drive, Lisbon 35 minutes and the beach can be reached by car in 2 minutes or by walking across sand dunes in 10 minutes. Although the house is on the same property as the owner's house, it is fully independent with its parking area and large garden with ample picnic table, chairs and barbecue. Spread over 2 floors, there are 2 double bedrooms (master bedroom has panoramic view of the Beach and of the Sintra Mountains. Sunsets are splendid from this western window; second double room has foremost a view of the Sintra Mountains and also of Cabo da Roca), 1 smaller twin room with patio view, living room with sofas seating 8 people and dining area, 1 complete bathroom, 1 guest WC, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, garden with BBQ and garden furniture, parking and sea view. Sleeps 2-6 persons, self catering.
