The Penina Golf Apartments are located on the Penina Estate which is home to "Le Meridien" 5* luxury hotel, the famous Penina Henry Cotton Championship Golf Course, two nine hole courses, a golf academy, extensive practice facilities, tennis courts and riding stables. The apartment is located at first floor level and is accessible by external stairs. It occupies an area of about 120sqm and is furnished/decorated in traditional style. It comprises a large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) plus a 2nd bathroom, kitchen, large balcony with sun-loungers, table and BBQ.

Notes
Prices include four golf passes for a week's golf in March on any of the Penina courses. (Handicap certificates required. Max. 24). Please contact owner for details and availability. Linen and towels are provided and a maid service is available at a cost of 10 Euros per hour. A 50 Euro deposit is payable on arrival to cover utility costs and golf trolleys can be hired at 10 Euros per week. Sunday is the changeover day. Arrivals are after 1pm and departures by 10.00am. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. This is non-refundable if cancellation is within 6 weeks of arrival. The balance payment is payable 5 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 100 Euros may be collected on arrival and repaid before departure.
