The garden is private and overlooks the large communal pool. The pool is shared with just a few other houses so is never crowded. The brand new house is furnished and fitted to the highest standard and fully air-conditioned/heated throughout. It is spacious and very well equipped with a high quality kitchen and comfortable lounge/dining area. There are 2 large master bedrooms with double beds and a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool to the mountains beyond. The third bedroom has twin beds and there is a full bathroom and wc. There is plenty of room for an additional bed we is cahrged at 15 euros per week.
