Welcome to our luxury florida villa consisting of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Furnished to a very high standard for your comfort the property is fully air-conditioned and is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people plus a baby (we provide a cot and highchair). The villa has it?s own 30ft screened pool and Jacuzzi, with extended pool deck with 4 sun loungers and table and chairs for you to enjoy dining out by the pool side. The villa provides all expected amenities and comfort including a 32inc television, vcr and Playstation 2 in the family room, with a selection of games and videos. If after a busy day at the parks you need to unwind try a few games on our 8ft pool table or electronic air hockey table. Our Master bedroom has a queen size bed with cable Tv and VCR with an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. We have a 2nd master bedroom with queen bed and cable TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are then 2 further bedrooms with twin beds one with cable TV and VCR and a 5th bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a 3rd bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee machine, blender and all the cooking utensils and crockery you need. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. We also provide all linen and towels including towels for the pool area and there are hairdryers in each of the bathrooms. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
