winter period 2010-11: 875 euros per week 1st April -20th May and all October 2011 :140 euros/per night or 980euros/week 21st May -12 July and all September 2011:165 euros /night or 1155euros/week. 12 July -31 August 2011: 198 euros per night or 1386 euros/week PAYMENTS:1)BY CREDIT CARD( MASTER CARD OR VISA) 2) BY MONEY TRANSFER. If booking form is submitted by the client up to 6 weeks before arrival a deposit of 25 of the total amount due is applicable. In the event of the client making a booking under 6 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due at the time of booking. If the client cancels the booking the following charges are due :6 weeks or more prior to departure deposit only, 3-6 weeks prior to departure 50% of rate, 0-3 weeks prior to departure 75% of rate .No charge when replacement found by client. Prices are per day in euros VAT included. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms free of charge. Prices include DAILY MAID service and linen changing service TWICE A WEEK. WIRELLESS INTERNET ACCESS More bedsheets and towels in closets to change as often as you wish free of charge .Baby beds available on request at no extra cost.
