This two bedroom apartment is in the historic centre of Montalto delle Marche which lies on the eastern side of Italy roughly half way down the country parallel to Rome. Montalto delle Marche lies between the Adriatic coast which is 25 minutes away and the Sibillini National Park which is about 35 minutes inland. Montalto stands 512m above sea level and part of your accommodation used to be the lookout tower for the town in the 14th century so has the most spectacular views over typical rolling and green Italian countryside. This very large self catering apartment which covers about 100 square metres is set over two floors and has a roof terrace which is perfect for dining al fresco, enjoying the wonderful local produce. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the with two single beds and for a maximum capacity of 6 there is also a sofa bed in one of the apartments two lounges. The apartment has free WIFI broadband internet access. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, Smeg hob and oven and as this is in the tower section of the apartment - simply stunning views! The property also has WIFI Broadband Internet using either your own equipment or a computer that we can supply free of charge. Our nearest aiports are Ancona and Pescara, both of which are just over an hour away. Ryanair fly from London Stansted both of these airports. Rome is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours away and has many international flights. The journey from Rome to Montalto is particularly nice as you pass through the splendor of the Appenines and the National Parks.
