Bertha's Guest Place lies in the Historical Centre of Stellenbosch. There are two units next to each other. It is self-catering. Number one has two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. In the main bedroom is a build in cupboard with lockable drawers. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The sitting/diningroom has a round table and it sits 10 people. There is also a TV but no DSTV. The unit has a telephone that works with a world call card. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini kitchen (2 plate stove with oven), a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots, pans and cutlery, a washing machine and on the back stoep a place to hang wet clothes. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. Smoking is not permitted. There is parking for one car per unit. Bertha's number two is also fully equipped with a washing room seperate from the kitchen. This unit also has a telephone which works with a world call card. The main bedroom has a queensize bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a fan in the main bedroom above the bed and a mosquito net. The bathroom only has a shower with two wash basins. All the bedding is provided with towels. Smoking is not permitted inside the units. There is also a place to braai.
