Villa Maria Louisa is situated in the hills above the town of Motril and has views over 15 kms of coastline and to the Sierra Nevada mountains. The house offers total privacy and is not overlooked by other properties. It has a large swimming pool of 11 mtrs x 9 mtrs. The sunbathing terrace is equipped with umbrellas and two poolside showers. There is also a large BBQ area and outdoor kitchen situated around mature palm trees with patio furniture for outdoor entertaining. The villa sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms (one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a third bedroom with one single bed and bunkbeds) and has a complete second bathroom and a separate toilet.
