Luxury Apartment with Beautiful Sea View Located Next to Golf Course, Beach Close By Sleeps up to 6 people (2 Bedrooms) Our luxurious apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a south facing balcony looking towards the Mediterranean, and situated in the heart of the golfing paradise, excellent beaches, restaurants, marina, sightseeing, and shopping all to hand. Our apartment has been tastefully decorated to make it a warm and relaxing place for you to enjoy your stay. When you enter the apartment via the entrance hall, you come into an open plan lounge and dining room. The lounge area is beautifully furnished with a large 3 seat sofa, (which also converts into a sofa bed officering additional sleeping), and a 2 seat sofa. It offers air con and central heating. We have a TV and a stereo DVD player with a good selection of DVD’s which you are welcome to watch. The wall unit is stocked with a good selection of books. Our guests are welcome to help yourself to a drink from the drinks cabinet. The dining room offers ample space and seats up to 8 people comfortably when the table is extended. From the lounge area, you can go through a set of patio doors onto the south facing balcony which benefits from the sun first thing in the morning until late evening. We have made this a most enjoyable area to relax over breakfast, lunch, evening meal, or just while away the hours with a cocktail whilst admiring the beautiful views. The patio area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, plus sun chairs. It has ample room to sunbathe and relax. Off the lounge is a fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen, with a large fridge freezer, electric oven, 4 ring hob, dish washer and automatic washing machine. The kitchen overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens to the rear of our block. Our apartment has a spacious master bedroom with patio doors leading onto a balcony and then onto the main terrace. The bedroom has a king size bed, fitted full length wardrobes offering ample hanging space and fitted security safe. It is furnished with two bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, and a large chest of draws. The bathroom en suite has a bath with shower above, wash basin, toilet, and bidet. The guest bedroom is tastefully decorated, and has twin beds, bedside side cabinet with lamp. There is a fully fitted wardrobe offering ample hanging space. It has an adjoining bathroom with bath with shower above, wash basin, toilet, and bidet. Outside Choice of 4 swimming pools and children's pools, plus several Jacuzzi. The south facing balcony benefits from the sun first thing in the morning until late evening, has ample room to sunbathe and relax and is equipped with patio furniture. The complex offers a secure environment with 24 hour security guards, and offers an underground car park with guaranteed parking space to our apartment. Stairs and lifts to our floor. Entry to the apartment is by key or telephone entry system. Well lit pathways, fragrant landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and streams offer an idyllic place to relax and enjoy. Coast/Beach The coast offers many beaches all of them are of a high standard, have extensive services which have been recognised by the European Union under the Blue Flag system. Cabopino and Las Chapas are the nearest and can be reached by car about 5 minutes away from the apartment. Because of the heat we do not recommend the long walk, and the climb back up to the complex. It's much easier by car. Golf The Costa del Sol has for many years earned the reputation as Costa del Golf, and with La Reserva situated next to Cabopino Golf, it is ideal for golfers, not to mention the abundance of other courses nearby, well after all Spain is the home of one of golf's most famous players... Seve Ballesteros. A compact list of other golf courses is available in the apartment. Skiing If you want a more thrilling winter sport, why not drive into the snow covered Sierra Nevada ski resort about 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive away. The slopes are open to the public from November to late March early April. It offers excellent classes for beginners and the more challenging, and you can still be back in time for that evening cocktail on the terrace. Travel The apartment is about 25 to 30 minutes by car away from Malaga Airport. Car hire is recommended, with great deals on the internet. Bus service runs along the coast in both directions at the bottom of the complex and runs about every 20 minutes. If you wish to be picked up at the airport, this can be arranged at a fraction of the cost of a local taxi. (payment made direct). Distances Fuengirola, Marbella, and Puerto Banus all within 10 - 15 minutes drive away. Further away are Granada, Gibraltar, Ronda, Saville and Cordoba all worth seeing. Further details Bank, cash point and telephones at the bottom of the complex. Local supermarket open 365 days of the year 2 minutes drive away at the bottom of the complex, with more shops etc at Calahonda, about 5 minutes drive. Many restaurants offering food from different dining cultures, such as Chinese, Italian, Indian to local fish dishes and Tapas bars, even a local McDonalds and Burger King are close by.
