The third cottage is nestled away on 1 acre of Forest. The two cottages in the village are in a rainforest garden setting, with lots of tree ferns, a tinkling stream, Australian gum trees - and lots of fresh mountain air!. Cardmon Cottage is a "gingerbread" style open plan cottage. It has an open wood fire, an antique bed with a spa bath next to it. There is a glass ceiling over the spa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave. The bathroom has a double shower. This cottage is fully airconditioned and has a private courtyard with a BBQ. Candlelight Cottage, built c.1880 is a proper little "hills cottage". It has 2 bedrooms, a lounge/dining room with an open wood fire, central heating, bathroom with a spa bath which has a glass ceiling above and a walk in shower. There is a full kitchen and even a laundry. Of course there are books, magazines, TV/DVD, music and CDs to enhance your relaxation. The pretty back garden is enjoyed by guests. The third cottage is called "A Cottage in the Forest" - an apt name. This cottage offers a king size bed with a huge picture window overlooking the trees. The bathroom has a spa bath and a big window looking out to treeferns. The lounge has a comfortable couch, an open log fire and gas heating. There is a full kitchen in this cottage too, as well as TV/DVD, music, books and magazines. A perfect retreat from the world!
