Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. All crockery, glasswear and cutlery provided. Bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet. Half acre lawn, ideal for relaxing and dining, over-looking the well stocked carp lake which our guests are welcome to fish in at no extra charge. All linen and towels are provided at no extra cost as well as all gas, electric and wood. A BBQ is available on request.
