“Buchanan” is a traditional ground floor flat offering comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 4 people. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs town of Callander, guests have the convenience of Callander’s wide variety of shops, restaurants & cafes right on the doorstep. Accommodation comprises: Twin Bedroom: to front of property, two full size twin beds. Double Bedroom: to rear of property, double bed. Bathroom: Bath, toilet, washbasin and shower over the bath Living room: Sofa, two armchairs, TV with SKY, DVD and books and games for rainy days, dining table (extends for four)and chairs Kitchen: fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a small gravelled outside area and a shed (handy for outdoor gear, bikes etc.) We provide private parking adjacent to the flat. Rental includes first £10 each of gas and electricity used, all bedlinen and towels, and a starter supply of tea, coffee and milk. Please note, for the comfort of all our guests the property is strictly no smoking. We do welcome pets by prior arrangement.
