Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 ensuites. Fully fitted modern kitchen with a separate utility area. There are toys and books for little ones, and DVD's for the whole family. I also have a travel cot and high chair that I can provide for you free of charge. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and there are 2 more within a 5 minute walk. There is a local market held 5 minutes away on foot at the Centro Plaza. There are more restaurants and cafes here too. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the vibrant town of Puerto Banus, famous for its upmarket marina, its department store El Corte Ingles and its blue flag beach. The community is safe for children as it is gated and no cars are allowed inside. There is a heated pool, a 20 metre pool and a kiddies splash pool. The complex is quiet as it is set far away from Puerto Banus but close enough to still get the benefit of its attractions. There are buses that stop nearby and a taxi rank a 5 minute walk away at the Centro Plaza so you don't need to hire a car. If you do parking is easy as the complex is situated on a quiet side road.
