Private porch and view of pool, palms and ifach (Calpe rock) Outdoor kitchen c/w gas bbq, fridge, microwave. Also exercise machine. Main bedrooms have locks and are well spaced apart. A welcome pack is left in the apartment with our compliments. (no need to rush out for shopping immediately) Guest enjoy their holiday here with many returning. Pool has lilos floats etc. Ian Karen live on the top floor of Casa Karija and have their own entrance. They personally greet all guests initially to show them around, after that guests are left to relax and enjoy their holiday. Quiet dogs welcome but must be kept under control at all times. SMOKING IS OK IN BBQ AREA AND GARDEN. (but not in the apartment please)There is a small orchard from which guest can pick there own fruit. Karen is an approved uk social services carer and provides a child care service at very reasonable rates. Casa Karija is situated on a wide road with very little traffic and is therefore usually very quiet. Please email us for much more info.
