This two-story, three bedroom, private house is located close to the golf course in the gated community of Playacar. The house sleeps up to 6 persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is also a futon that accommodates two adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living room area opens up to a small private patio with access to the common pool area. The house provides plenty of closet space and spacious bathrooms, (the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub). The master bedroom has a sitting/ terrace overlooking the pool area. It’s about a 10 minute walk to reach 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife and a 15 minute walk to reach the beach.
