It provides an excellent base to explore North Wales and to pursue many different adventure activities found in the region. The cottage has been improved over the years, but retaining many of the original features. As such, though modern basic appliances and facilities are provided, you can still get a sense of what it must have been like for the slate miners to have lived here in the mid 1800s. Above all the, the cottage represents very good value for money. Rather than paying for expensive facilities more than you need and that you might not use; for this reason we do not provide a TV. Here you will have good modest facilities giving you all the basic neccessities.
