Our delightfully renovated Greek stone house is situated in the heart of this quaint fishing port town called Ayvalik, and comfortably sleeps six. The house has a large character sitting room and steps up to a lovely fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The staircase from the kitchen leads to the first floor which has two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with seperate shower and bath, plus a single bedroom (terrace room) which has a large built in single bed, with a further single bed on castors underneath that can be easily pulled out; the room has double doors leading to a magnificent sun terrace stretching the width of the house, with panoramic views of Ayvalik port and the sea towards Alibey Island and the Greek island of Lesvos.Furthermore there is an outside staircase leading down from the terrace to a beautiful private walled garden where you will find a seperate shower room and utility room housed under the balcony.
