Family Luxury in the Heart of the Old Town This is a family apartment oozing style. As well as being practical with top of the range creature comforts and appliances, it has high-end fixtures, fittings, and plenty of boy's toys. Worth stretching the budget for if you're a couple, and a perfect family retreat if you want to make use of all three bedrooms. The apartment is a duplex spanning over two floors. The top floor hosts the three bedrooms and a bathroom and walk in shower where downstairs is the open plan living and dining area. This makes for a superior 95 square meter family apartment. As you enter this very bright 5th floor apartment, you are greeted by plush designer open plan living. There is a loft feel with freshly painted walls, marble floors and wooden beams. The inset gas fire with the wall hung 42-inch white Plasma TV screen screams designer style. The kitchen diner is spacious at least 30 m2 and has everything you need for lavish entertaining. There's a prep island unit, dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and drawers and cupboards containing all the utensils, crockery and glassware you could ever need. For all dining needs there is a large four six ring Smeg gas hob, with a neighbouring gas grill and a built in oven. A real wood worktop compliments the floor and the beams above. Once you have dished up, you can dine at the large wooden thick dark wood large table which comfortably seats six with a modern chandelier effect lighting above. The living area is equipped with a large brown upholstered sofa and two contemporary transparent chairs. For your enjoyment, there is a full SKY package for matching on the 42-inch wall hung TV, a DVD player, and Dolby digital surround sound with an iPod hook-up. There are also creature comforts such as reading lamps and cushions and throws. To the left of the kitchen area there is a small bathroom with a stylish sink with inset lights and WC. A cupboard off this bathroom takes you to a utility room. Here there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as decent storage space for coats and the storing of suitcases. Underneath the stairs there is a very useful cabinet for those working whilst away. It hosts a phone, fax machine, internet access and drawers. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the apartment. Upstairs you have three bedrooms off a narrow corridor with low level lighting. All three bedrooms are of similar size. Being part of a loft conversion the exposed beams along with the designer features compliment each other beautifully. All bedrooms have their own air-conditioning unit. The main bedroom is painted in a pale cream. Small stylish red pictures in white frames frame the back wall. Along with a King Size bed there are two wooden bedside tables with reading lamps along with a three door wardrobe and a tall chest of drawers. There are two windows which both look out onto the Cathedral opposite. The second bedroom is painted in a cool mint and the carefully chosen decorative touches lend themselves to an Asian theme. In here is a double bed along with large mirrored wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and bedside lights along with a decent sized window looking out onto the rooftops. There are shutters for a good nights' sleep. The third bedroom painted in cream also has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights as well as decent wardrobe and drawer space and artwork. The bathroom consists of a large designer bath big enough for two. There are three taps for hot and cold water and one for the shower attachment should you require it. There is also a double sink unit spanning across one wall with a mirror over and shelving unit below. There is also another window letting in plenty of natural light. All of this is encased in luxurious Italian floor to ceiling tiling and frosted glass doors. The walk in shower room is directly across the hall. Encased in luxury Italian tiles and frosted glass. There is a sink in here also. Across the hall you will find a separate WC. This is a high spec apartment and whilst you have to walk up five flights of stairs (no lift) to get to it, it is most certainly worth it. Due to its elevation there is fantastic light and it gives a great view from the balcony. Many an hour can be spent people watching overlooking the hub of the Place Rosetti square and enjoying the architecture of the famous Cathedral opposite. Whilst we welcome children in this apartment, families are asked to consider the staircase and the age of their children before booking. The balcony is also a consideration if children are small.
