This is a very child friendly appartment,fantastic views of sea and pool.
Situated within a ten minute walk down the hill to Dequesa Port and to the beach. The port has many restaurants and bars and is set in a beautiful marina. There are beach bars and children’s play areas and the town of sabillinas is right next to dequesa and has all the shops for your daily needs. There are also a few bars situated in a few minutes walk from the complex
The apartment is very spacious and has three bedrooms two bathrooms, kitchen, and back terrace suitable as drying area, very large living area, a large south facing terrace which overlooks the pool, the sea and the mountains and of course the beautiful gardens. There is an underground car park which has its own designated parking bay for each apartment and even though the apartment is ground floor it has a lift to take those heavy cases from the car and passengers up to the apartmentif you dont want to use the stairs. It has both hot and cold air conditioning.
The Master bedroom has double bed, two large double wardrobes and drawers, bedside tables, and has an ensuite bathroom which has his and hers sinks in a beautiful wood vanity unit, toilet and large shower cubicle.The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and bedside table and two wardrobes in each room.
There is also a family bathroom with toilet, sink, and large shower cubicle.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It has ceramic hob with 4 rings, full oven, fridge freezer,microwave,dishwasher,washing machine and dryer
The living area is very large it consists of a 6 seater dining room table and chairs sideboard down the other end is a large corner unit facing a matching unit with TV and DVD player. You and the kids will be able to keep up with the soaps and the kids channels as we have satellite TV.
From the living room are patio doors that will take you out on to a large L shaped terrace, we have a six seater patio set and parasol and two sun loungers. There is also covered terraced area with 3 seater and two seater wicker furniture for when the sun gets too hot or you want the kids to relax out of the midday sun. The terrace is south facing and has beautiful views of the communal pool and gardens,mountains and the Sea.We have a toy box with toys,colour pencils,books and flotables for the children.
We supply all towels.
The complex has 24 hour security and is in a gated community. There is also a tennis court on the complex but you will need to bring your own equipment for this. Dequesa golf course is less than a five minute walk away.im sure you wont be dissapointed with our apartment,this is a very safe and friendly complex.We have a free DVD of appartment available on request.Please feel free to email with any questions you might want answered about apartment,location or anything you may want to know.We have several friends on complex who also rent out there apartments so if you want to go with family and friends we can accomodate you all.Although
there is no smoking in the apartment there are ashtrays provided for smoking on the terraces.
