The second bedroom consists of two single wrought iron beds, a bedside table and lamps and two occasional chairs. There are fitted mirrored wardrobes and a large mirror. Large windows, window shutters, ceiling fans, pretty soft furnishings and Juliette balconies are great bonuses. The apartment is in an impressive Bourgeois well maintained building on the 3rd floor with a lift. (Please note that there are works scheduled for later this year. If a lift is essential to you, please bear this in mind. The pretty living area has a wrought iron sofa frame and two wicker bucket chairs leading off onto the small balcony. The tapestry on the wall and polished parquet flooring add to the ornate charm. There is a TV which provides French cable channels as well as some English news channels. There is also Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a white corner bath, a tiled vanity unit with a large mirror over with cupboards and drawers underneath. There is a separate WC across the hall. The kitchen, in keeping with the rest of the apartment, retains a rustic theme with dark wood shaker units and worktop and a buttercup tiled floor. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a separate tumble dryer here along with a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. All necessary utensils are provided.
