The cottage is situated in one of the longest established quarters of Coín, in the highest part of the El Rodeo development. It has a beautiful terrace with views to the mountains in the distance, and a well established garden with many fruit trees and mediterranean plants. The house measures about 55 square metres and is ideal for 2-4 people; and the garden occupies another 600 square metres. There are about 100 different species of plants and trees, including orange, lemon, medlar, custard apple, avocado, fig, palm, yucca and oleander. The accommodation consists of a living/dining room with sofa bed, fireplace, CD player and television, one bedroom with two beds, a well equipped bathroom, a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all basic utensils for cooking and eating. There is a brand new public swimming pool in El Rodeo, and the beach is only 30 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the large La Trocha shopping centre is just two minutes away by car. You'll have easy parking, and the house is at street level so there are no awkward steps to negotiate.
