The apartment is located about 4 km from down town Reykjavik, about 2 km from main swimming pool and about 1 km from the main park area in Laugardalur. It is located in a charming and quiet residential area. Good bus connections to down town. A taxi to go down town would cost about 10 EUR. About the apartment: It is located on the 1st floor (no stairs) with private entrance. It is about 28 m2 big. The living room area has a sofa and a table. The sleeping area has a double bed (140cm * 200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped. Floor heating which is controlled by the renter. It is possible for one person to sleep on the sofa/or extra bed at an additional charge. Babycot can be added at no extra charge. There is a tiny grocery store only 1 min walk from the apartment open til 11 pm all nights. The owner lives in the main house. Prices are advertised in Euros. It is possible to pay in Icelandic kroners, but then with the rate of the day of arrival or booking (to be decided).
