The mansion house is a typical medieval tower house situated on a hill at 420 mt on the sea level, surrounded by olive trees and oak and chestnut woods. It is 1 km away from Pelago, the small village linked to the middle age struggle between Guelfs and Ghibelins, allied with Vallombrosa, 8 km away. Pelago is a lovely village of about 7000 inhabitants, it has an old centre, a beautiful square, an old church, San Clemente, situated in the "castello", the ancient part of the village built on a very panoramic rock rock. Pelago has xseveral shops, a chemist, a newsagent, two coffee bars and an excellent restaurant; the area has recently hosted different artisans, a pottery, a refined bakery, carpenter laboriatories. The house is divided in 4 apartments, 3 of which are to rent. A. Six-bedded apartment, first floor, very panoramic and silent. Bathroom with tub. B.
