For visitors travelling by car, there is a designated parking space available in the private gated car park. The accommodation is accessed from a central hall, giving the apartment a pleasant feeling of space. The living room is generously proportioned and comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofas one of which doubles as a sofa bed for maximum flexibility of accommodation. The room is sympathetically decorated in neutral tones and offers TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi access. A separate dining room with good quality table and seating for 6 people also benefits from a study alcove with desk and chair which has computer access and a telephone, making this an ideal quiet spot in which to work. The owners have provided a selection DVDs, CDs, games and books including many providing plenty of information about Edinburgh. A modern kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer drier. A good range of cutlery, crockery, glass and cookware are available so that should you wish to spend and evening relaxing in the apartment you will find that you have everything necessary to cook a meal. The master bedroom with King sized bed and plenty of cupboard space offers an ensuite shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The room has been strikingly decorated using contrasting tones and offers a flat screen TV. The second well proportioned bedroom also with plenty of wardrobe space and TV offers zip and link beds that can be set up as twins or a super king sized bed on request. The third bedroom, with built in wardrobe, is furnished with 2 full sized single beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the use of the main bathroom which offers a bath, separate power shower, wash hand basin and WC.
