Finca Avellana has two self-catering apartments. The ground floor apartment,accessed by its own door, has a fully equipped kitchen,with a full cooker,fridge freezer and microwave, a lounge and dining area, a bathroom with separate bath and shower, a double bedroom and the lounge settee can be converted into another double.The apartment benefits from a TV with UK Freeview channels, a DVD/video player and a radio/ CD player.There is also a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.Outside the apartment, under the terrace, is a patio table and chairs and your own gas BBQ. The first floor apartment is a large open plan studio style, and features a private balcony with an outside Jacuzzi bath, overlooking our 13 acres of olives, carobs, almonds and citrus trees and a panoramic view of the Els Ports and Serra Cardo mountains.It is accessed by its own separate entrance. It is a very light and airy, south facing room with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, with a four ring gas hob and extractor, microwave, mini oven and grill and a fridge freezer. There is also a dining area with 4 chairs and a table, in the lounge area there are two easy chairs a TV with access to UK Freeview satellite channels plus a Video/DVD player if you care to take advantage of our Video/DVD Library. There is also a Radio/CD player. The room also features a wood burning stove, for those cooler evenings at the beginning and end of the year.The modern en-suite bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The south facing first floor balcony provides spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and is accessed via a French window from the apartment. The balcony area is fully tiled and is equipped with a gas BBQ ,table chairs and sun loungers and an twin outside Jacuzzi bath . The balcony overlooks a large courtyard with a plunge pool and summer kitchen. Fresh herbs are available from the courtyard garden and freshly picked vegetables in season can be gathered from our vegetable garden. Feel free to stroll around our thirteen acre Finca populated with olive, almond and carob trees, enjoying the peace and quiet the wildlife and wildflowers and occasionally, the local shepherd grazing his goats and sheep. All bedlinen, kitchen and bathroom towels are included in the price. Other facilities we offer include: use of washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer, pool towels and bicycle hire.We also have a large range of patio games and table and card games if you wish to spend the evening in the tranquility of the finca. The plunge pool and summer kitchen are available for your use too.
