This apartment is decorated to a very high standard and comprises of 3 bedrooms all with double fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1, Kingsize, bedroom 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 single room with additional pull out bed, living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen has all the appliances that you require, including oven with hobs, washing machine, microwave oven & grill, fridge/freezer, kettle. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. Outside on the terrace there is a large dining table with seating for 8-12 people. Children are very welcome and will enjoy the facilities which are included for usage whilst here, PS2 with games, DVD player with DVD movies and disney films, the usage of 3 childrens bikes of different ages, a games table and a small trampoline. The TV gives you access to BBC & ITV channels as well as other popular british channels. For additional security a small safe is on site with key and all bedroom windows have shutters. Smokers are welcome, but we ask that they only smoke on the terrace and wash the ashtrays regulary.
