The property's exceptional position on the complex; being in close proximity to the beach and pool/bar areas makes it a highly popular rental property. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy. The property has two bedrooms both with air conditioning. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and double french doors opening onto the terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed at the bottom with single bed above (sleeps 3 in total) with fitted wardrobes. The property has 2 bathrooms (both with bath and shower over). All bedding and towels are provided. There is a 32" Flat Screen TV with a great selection of sky channels and a DVD Player with selection of DVDs and CDs. Kitchen/diner seating 4 people with all facilities including kettle/toaster/fridge-freezer/oven and hob/microwave/washing machine/Barbeque Sunbeds at the house are for use at the property, by the pool or on the beach There is a selection of books and toys in the house Hairdryer Iron and ironing board A travel cot is available at the apartment Golf clubs are available if required The kitchen patio doors open onto a small middle terrace and the back door onto a large grassed communal garden with garden furniture available at the property. There is a barbeque available for your use. The property also has a large sofa in the lounge which converts into a very comfy sofa bed and a double futon upstairs. These additional sleeping facilities also come with bedding. The property is less than a minute walk from the beach and main swimming pool (which sits beside the beach) and also includes a baby pool and poolside bars and restaurants. The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette, computer with www connection in community office, facility also for wireless internet. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break.
