This charming accommodation consists of a two spacious living areas, two large bathrooms and separate w.c,s. spread over 2 floors and is perfect for 2 families sharing their holiday or larger groups and is situated in its own grounds The Villa also benefits from a large balcony with views of the 2000 sq.m. of mature garden on the first floor and a further 100M3 of covered terrace to the rear of the property. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size fridge-freezer,cooker,microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The beautiful private pool area is to the back of the property . The Villa's trees provide just the right amount of shade for sitting out for lunch. There are secure gates and parking space for several cars. Satellite TV (with BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and BBC radio) is available. Also included is digital radio, playstation and a DVD player. Some prefer a quieter hoilday so on request these can be removed. There are tennis courts across the road and lovely walks in the hills behind. St Tropez is 33kms away, and the 'A8' autoroute is also 10 mins from the house, giving access to the whole of the Cote d'Azur. Nice airport is 55 mins drive, and Marseille Marignane airport is very accessible, also about 55 mins drive. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a relaxing day at the pool, or a visit to Monaco, then this is the perfect base!. A 'cot' and baby chair are also available on request, plus there is a good quality 'sofa bed' situated in the sitting room. Le Luc village is 10 mins walk, and has all the usual 'Provencal' attractions, including a restaurant for every palate, at very reasonable prices.
