The apartment really has great views, being on the second floor and a corner unit which means I have 270 degree views of the sea and mountains and Arroyo de la Miel. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and a large terrace. All facilities can be found in Arroyo, with banks, shops, restaurants supermarkets and bars and on the other side you have a quieter pace in Benalmadena Pueblo - both are equidistant from Arenal Golf so you can be in either in less than 5 minutes. Arenal Golf is a great community with a good mix of Spanish, English, and other Europeans. They're all extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment is located in a peaceful site, and there's plenty of off road parking but I have 2 underground spaces. There is a lift that goes up to the apartment so you don't need to worry about carrying heavy shopping. There's a golf course on site, swimming pools. landscaped gardens a clinic and of course the buses run every 15 minutes from your doorstep. In Arroyo there is the train station as well.
