Casa Flamenco is a newly built, stylish and spacious villa, situated near the Portet area of Moraira. It offers every modern convenience and comfort. On the ground floor, along with a large lounge and dining area, is a large kitchen with utility area, plus two ensuite bedrooms(one double, one single)The double has doors leading directly to the pool terrace. Also a ground level, is a guest toilet plus a large open naya for outdoor/covered dining. This naya leads to a beautiful terrace and pool (10 x 5 metres) The pool can be heated at extra cost in the off peak season. Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with 6 foot bed, with a luxuriously appointed en suite(jacuzzi corner bath) Also upstairs are two twin bedded rooms(ideal for children) plus a further family bathroom. The villa is AIR_CONDITIONED throughout. It is also centrally heated for the winter if required. The garden surrounds the property on all sides and there is a lovely selection of fruit trees. The terrace and pool can be lit up at night, providing a lovely setting for summer evening dining. There is a large BBQ area by the pool terrace. Guests have the use of SKY TV DVD player and stereo system The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped having cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Whilst it is possible to walk to the beach and town, the walk back is largely uphill so a car is usually necessary. You can however walk very easily to the Jackaranda Restaurant(2 minutes). You can also walk to the bars restaurants and shops of the European centre in about 12-15minutes. Guests must take out their own holiday insurance.
