It is nearby any kind of transportation (buses and railway station) but with everything within walking distance and it will make this studio the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a couple of friends with a low-budget who wants to discover the French Riviera. The 25m2 studio is recently renovated, airy, with marble floors, in a nice building. There is a double-bed in mezzanine and a convertible double-bedding couch. The kitchen is tiny but fully equipped and separated and a shopping centre nearby will provide you with groceries and laundry services. The bathroom has a bathtub to relax in and a large closet will let you unpack and really make yourself at home ! Just a street away, you will find many bus lines to take you anywhere in Nice or even to the coastal villages. 50 meters from our apartment is the Nice-Riquier SNCF railway station, with trains every 20 mins to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Italy. The area is one one of the most genuine in Nice : just 100 m. from our studio is a small shopping centre, but the streets surrounding our studio have everything you might need : butcher, grocer, baker, bars and restaurants, there is also a children playground. You will be only 10 minutes by walk from Nice harbor and its beautiful waterfront, with restaurants and cafés, and only 15 minutes by walk from Nice historical centre, with its souvenirs shops and lively nightlife. And, being fluent in English, we take a particular care in making our English-speaking guests perfectly at ease, without all the translation problems !
